CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
ZXQ Enterprises, LLC processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
ZXQ Enterprises, LLC guarantees the quality of all our wines and merchandise. Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for assistance at info@ZXQVineyards.com. Our guarantee is void if you request shipment of wine despite a temperature-based shipping hold. (In such cases, please contact the winery to explore overnight shipping options to have the best chance for successful delivery.)
If you choose to cancel your wine club membership subscription before being charged for the next wine club release, you will be charged for the corresponding benefits received as a club member. For example, if your club membership allows for 4 complimentary glasses of wine, and you had already claimed any number of those glasses of wine but have selected to opt out of the wine club, you agree to be charged for the glasses of wine that had been claimed.
